ICC Indonesia Commission on Arbitration and ADR

presents

Arbitration of Oil and Gas Disputes Seminar

Disputes are sometimes inevitable in international trade, more so in the oil and gas business which invests in large, complex, capital-intensive projects that can last for decades, in a business environment which is constantly in flux. It is therefore unsurprising that the energy sector makes up the largest segment of arbitrations administered by the ICC, comprising 18.6% of the entire ICC caseload in the year 2014.

ICC Indonesia Commission on Arbitration holds a national seminar on Arbitration of Oil and Gas Disputes on September 1 2015. The seminar will highlight and discuss arbitration cases which deal with production sharing contracts, among other issues arising out of oil and gas arbitrations.

Exclusively invited in this seminar are internationally and domestic renowned speakers and experts who have extensive experience in the field of international dispute resolution, who among others, are Alexis Mourre (President, ICC International Court of Arbitration) and Frans Winarta, (Chairman, Arbitration & ADR Commission ICC Indonesia & Member, ICC International Court of Arbitration).

Who should attend?

All local, regional and international business executives involved in international trade.
